Publicising WordPress UK local meetings

As well as blog posts, twitter, etc could all locals post details of meetings as follows:

• On the appropiate WordPress UK local wiki page.
• Create an Upcoming page, and link to the WordPress UK Upcoming Group to add the event to the group calendar.
• Tagged postings with (at minimum):
  • wordpress
  • wordpressuk
  • wordcamp
  • wordcampuk
  • the appropiate WordPress UK local tag
  • opensource
